All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is successfully concluded. gsc88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
6.4 Currency
The primary operating currency for Malaysian players on gsc88 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All game results, balances, and transaction histories are displayed in MYR unless the player has selected an alternative supported currency at account level. Currency conversion fees, if any, will be disclosed transparently prior to the transaction.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets
gsc88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where there is a suspicion of match manipulation, or where there are technical or pricing errors in the market. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
8.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a manifest pricing error — including incorrectly displayed odds, RTP miscalculations, or technical malfunctions during game rounds — gsc88 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore the account balance to its pre-error state. "Wins" generated from a known system error are not valid or payable.
8.3 Sportsbook Markets

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server logs. gsc88 accepts no liability for interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of gsc88.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gsc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
gsc88's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gsc88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under law.
12.1 Termination by gsc88
gsc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

You may close your account at any time by contacting gsc88 support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be processed to your verified withdrawal method following a final KYC check if required.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the gsc88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gsc88 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action legal proceedings in connection with any dispute arising from use of the platform.
